Located in the heart of Dublin’s vibrant city centre, our Food & Beverage team plays a huge part in creating the Clink experience. Whether you’re curating an amazing atmosphere in the bar , welcoming guests to breakfast or crafting the perfect coffee, recommending cocktails, serving food to the tables, you'll be at the heart of every guest's stay. 

This isn't a role where you simply take orders. We believe in genuine hospitality, proactive service and creating memorable experiences. You'll be chatting with guests, recommending great food and drinks, delivering table service with confidence, and making sure every customer feels looked after from the moment they arrive until they leave.

What you'll be doing 

• Provide attentive table service by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, delivering meals and beverages, checking back throughout service, and ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
• Create memorable guest experiences through genuine conversations, excellenthospitalityand confident menu recommendations. 
• Take food and drink orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling whereappropriate. 
• Promote our food,drinksand events through natural conversation, helping guests discover everything Clink has to offer. 
• Prepare and serve barista-quality coffees, cocktails, beers,winesand other beverages to a consistently high standard. 
• Serve food efficiently while ensuring presentation and quality standards aremaintained. 
• Support breakfast,caféand bar operations, adapting to the needs of the business throughout the day. 
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues with empathy and confidence. 
• Contribute to the vibrant social atmosphere by engaging with guests and supporting hostel events. 
• Share local recommendations and insider tips to help guests make the most of their time in Dublin. 

We're looking for someone who is 

• Experiencedin Food & Beverageareas – minimum of 2years experiencein a hospitality setting – hostel, hotel,baror restaurant.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced hospitality environment. 
• A confident communicator who enjoys meeting people from all over the world. 
• Friendly,approachableand proactive—youdon'twait to be asked before helping a guest. 
• Organised and able to multitask whilemaintainingattention to detail. 
• A team player who is happy to support colleagues across breakfast,caféand bar operations. 
• Willing to learn new skills, take on feedback and grow within the business. 
• Interested in food,drinksand hospitality, withpreviousexperience being an advantage but not essential. 
• Excited to be part of a social, energetic workplace where every day is different.
