Housekeeping Supervisor

Your main objective as Housekeeping Supervisor is to lead the daily housekeeping operation and ensure our rooms and public areas consistently meet Clink’s cleanliness and guest experience standards.

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team during daily operations
• Allocate daily tasks and priorities based on arrivals, departures, stayovers and occupancy
• Ensure housekeeping standards and procedures are consistently followed
• Inspect completed rooms, bathrooms and public areas and provide feedback where standards are not met
• Monitor room progress throughout the shift and ensure rooms are ready for check-in on time
• Maintain accurate room statuses and clear communication with Front Office
• Attend daily operational meetings and communicate relevant information back to the housekeeping team
• Work closely with Maintenance to report, prioritise and follow up on defects and room issues
• Monitor and follow up on out-of-order rooms and beds to return them to service as quickly as possible
• Support, train and onboard housekeeping team members
• Provide regular guidance and feedback to the team and help maintain a positive working environment
• Monitor linen, cleaning products and housekeeping supplies and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
• Ensure master keys and housekeeping equipment are correctly controlled, issued and returned
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping-related issues quickly and professionally
• Support the wider operation and work hands-on with the team when required
• Work closely with all departments to help create a seamless guest experience
